Il Decreto Legislativo n. 196/2003 del 30/06/2003 tutela la riservatezza dei dati personali ed impone una serie di obblighi a chi tratta informazioni personali riferite ad altri soggetti.
Tra i più importanti adempimenti che la legge impone di rispettare c'è quello di informare gli interessati e di acquisire il loro consenso al trattamento, soprattutto per le attività di trattamento relativamente alle quali i dati devono essere comunicati ad altri soggetti.
Alla luce di quanto sopra, pertanto, ci pregiamo di informarVi, ai sensi del Decreto Legge in oggetto, che la scrivente ditta raccoglie e tratta dati concernenti la Vs. impresa per finalità connesse alla gestione degli ordinari rapporti commerciali e, precisamente, per la compilazione di liste anagrafiche, la tenuta della contabilità clienti/fornitori, la fatturazione, la gestione del creditore per la soddisfazione di tutti gli obblighi previsti dalle normative vigenti.
I Vs. dati, inoltre, potranno essere trattati per le finalità esclusivamente interne di statistica e ricerca di mercato.
I trattamenti potranno essere effettuati mediante strumenti sia informatici che manuali, nell’osservanza di tutte le cautele necessarie a garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza delle informazioni.
I Vs. dati, inoltre, potranno essere comunicati a terzi, esclusivamente per esigenze tecniche ed operative strettamente collegate alle finalità sopra elencate ed in particolare alle seguenti categorie di soggetti:
a) enti, professionisti, società o altre strutture da noi incaricate dei trattamenti connessi all'adempimento degli obblighi amministrativi, contabili e gestionali legati all'ordinario svolgimento della nostra attività economica, anche per finalità di recupero credito
b) alle pubbliche autorità ed amministrazioni per le finalità connesse all'adempimento di obblighi legali
c) banche, istituti finanziari o altri soggetti ai quali il trasferimento dei dati risulti necessario allo svolgimento dell’attività della nostra azienda in relazione all'assolvimento, da parte nostra, delle obbligazioni contrattuali assunte nei Vs. confronti.
Sia il Vs. conferimento dei dati che il Vs. consenso possono essere liberamente manifestati, ma il Vs. rifiuto comporterà l’impossibilità, da parte nostra, di dar corso a contratti ed altri adempimenti connessi, nonché di gestire correttamente le reciproche relazioni commerciali.
Da ultimo Vi informiamo che, ai sensi dell'articolo 13 del Decreto Legge n. 196/2003, potrete in qualsiasi momento richiedere per iscritto di integrare, aggiornare, rettificare o modificare i Vs. dati.
Nel richiederVi la manifestazione espressa del Vs. consenso al trattamento, considereremo tale consenso conferito oralmente, di volta in volta, in relazione ai singoli rapporti commerciali, considerandoVi, sin d'ora, informati sui trattamenti da noi effettuati, ai sensi e per gli effetti del Decreto Legge in oggetto.

a) corporate body, professionals, society or other structures entrusted from us to the treatments connected to the fulfillment of the administrative, bookkeeping and managerial obligations connected to the normal development of our economic activity, also for finality of credit recovery
b) to the public authorities and administrations for the finalities connected to the fulfillment of legal obligations
c) banks, financial institutes or other subjects to which the transfer of the data results necessary to the carrying out of the activity of our firm in relation to the accomplishing, for our part, of the contractual obligations assumed with you.

Either your conferment of the data or your consent can be freely manifested, but your refusal will involve impossibility, for our part, to give course to contracts and other connected fulfillments, let alone to manage correctly the mutual commercial relationships.

From last we inform you that, to the senses of the article 13 of the Law Decree 196/2003, you will be able in any moment to require to integrate, to adjourn, to correct or to modify your data.

Requiring to you the express demonstration of your consent to the treatment, we will consider such consent conferred orally, of time in time, in relation to the single business relations, considering you, until of now, informed on the treatments from us effected, to the senses and for the effects of the Law Decree object.
